Seeking a skilled Head of Payroll to lead thepayroll team with confidence and expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing payroll operations and client portfolios effectively. Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the payroll team.
Oversee multi-cycle payrolls to maintain accuracy and client satisfaction.
Manage P&L accounts with a focus on year-on-year margin improvement.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of payroll professionals in their growth and development.
