Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be accountable for:n·Co-ordination of equipment requests from engineering staffn·Establishing demand profilesn·Creation of orders in Oraclen·Arranging delivery to company premises and direct to site locations.n·Dealing with business and supplier queries including resolution of invoice queries.n·Stock Management to include stock taking.n·Ensuring that orders are raised in line with requests dates and invoices are paid to suppliers on timen·Supplier interfacen·Procurement and Standards interfacesn·Data input, management and query writingn·Management of Northern Powergrid stock itemsn·Attendance at business interface meetings both on-site and off-site at various locations.n·Contract management of suppliers, including planning and co-ordination of deliveries to company premises and site locationsn·Data analysis to facilitate mapping of demand profiles for supplier lead times/business requirements.
