Position Overview:nAs a Funds Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of fund-related matters, including fund structuring, formation, and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Senior Partner, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with top-tier clients and contribute to the firm's success in the finance sector.

Responsibilities:nProvide expert legal advice and support to clients on fund formation, structuring, and documentation.nAssist in the negotiation and drafting of fund agreements, offering memoranda, and other legal documents.nConduct legal research and analysis on fund-related regulatory issues and developments.nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.nParticipate in client meetings, offering strategic advice and guidance on fund-related matters.nManage client relationships and provide high-quality service to meet their needs and objectives.nStay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications:nQualified solicitor with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in funds law.nStrong academic background with a degree in Law or a related field.nExperience working in a reputable law firm or financial institution, with a focus on funds-related matters.nIn-depth knowledge of fund structuring, formation, and regulatory compliance.nExcellent drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail.nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
