~ Багаааато автоматизації за допомогою парсерів, власних скриптів та тулзів, в розробці яких допомагають Python розробники. Мета - прибрати мануальну роботу максимально.
~ В твоїй команді буде близько 50-и спеціалістів (SEO та Outreach фахівців). Також є відділи окремо РРС та Affiliate, на розвиток яких ти також зможеш впливати.
~ Твій прямий керівник - Head of Traffic Acquisition.
~ Випробувальний термін - 3 місяці.

Твої скіли: Що важливо для цієї позиції:
Більше 3-х років досвіду управління командою з 8+ людей (включаючи найм, навчання, постановку цілей, визначення пріоритетності завдань, мотивацію, контроль, звітність, оцінку ефективності та звільнення співробітників) на посадах Head of SEO, Head of PPC, Head of Content, Head of Marketing, CMO тощо.
Вміння налагоджувати міжкомандну взаємодію для досягнення цілей компанії.
Розуміння, як працює SEO, пошукові системи та трафік.
Сильні аналітичні навички (просунутий рівень Excel /Google Sheets), вміння аналізувати дані та робити з них висновки для постійного коригування, вдосконалення стратегій та досягнення бізнес-цілей.
Рівень англійської та досвід з іноземними проектами НЕ важливі.
Команда чекає від тебе: На цій позиції ти будеш:
Впроваджувати SEO-стратегії у співпраці з власною командою, а також з продукт-менеджерами, командами розробників та командою Data Science.
Досягати постійного зростання кількості сесій та доходів від органічного каналу для пріоритетних країн.
Спільно з Head of Outreach створювати та впроваджувати стратегію отримання зовнішніх посилань.
Управляти командою, оптимізувати існуючі та впроваджувати нові бізнес-процеси в команді.
Розширювати експертизу команди у сфері SEO.
Бюджетувати ресурси на SEO та прогнозування результатів.
Готувати звітність за результатами роботи.
