About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of IT to lead our IT function and drive the development of our IS/IT strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of our IT systems and services, as well as managing a team of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the IT strategy and roadmap to support the business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services and support.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
