We are a new, independently owned luxury nail bar and beauty SPA with a fun, friendly and clean environment, located in New Malden who are looking for team players who are experienced in performing a variety of beauty services, including manicure/ pedicure/ nail art, threading/ lash and brow tinting, lamination and extensions, full face and full body waxing and facials treatments.

Essential Skills
Must have minimum NVQ II qualification, however NVQ III or equivalent would be desirableOne-year salon/ beauty SPA experience requiredRetail/Sales experience/ Ability to upsellEnglish is essential, foreign languages desirable but not essentialPossess excellent organisational skills, written and verbal communicationDemonstrate attention to detail and time managementHas had experience/ desirable working with OPI/ Nailberry/ Outback Organics

Tailor your schedule with our flexible options (Full Time, Part Time, Weekdays, or Weekends) to suit your lifestyle.Prove your expertise as a Nail/ Lash & Brow Technician, Waxing and Facial Therapist, bringing your skills to Sanya SPA.Demonstrate your commitment to excellence by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, ensuring our SPA is a haven of luxury and perfection.Play a vital role in the team by assisting in upkeep and stock replenishment, contributing to the seamless flow of our exceptional services.Your exceptional communication style, coupled with outstanding customer service skills, is key to creating memorable experiences for our client.
Role Responsibilities:
 
Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service from the start to the end of the client journey.Be a brand ambassador for Sanya SpaDeliver high-quality treatments.Thoroughly clean and sterilise all tools and equipment before and after each use.Always keep the workstation tidy and well-organised.Stay informed about current treatment trends and techniques.Educate clients on proper nail/ brows/ lash and all treatment care.Upsell packages and build client loyaltyResponsibility for client reservation administrationFront house representation when necessaryDeliver high standards of communication verbally and written to ensure Sanya SPA clients schedules are met on time.

Job Type:
Full-time/ Part-timeAble to work some weekends.
Salary: £11.00-£15.00 per hour (DOE)
 
Schedule: Full-time (up to 40Hrs/ Wk), Part-time (20-24Hrs/ Wk)
