We are looking for team players who are experienced Lash and Brow Technicians, who are qualified in Classic Lash Extensions, Russian Volume, Lash Lift and Brow treatments who can provide a 5* Customer Service experience to our clients and be part of our vibrant team

We are looking for experience in the following areas:
**About the Role**:

- Step into the spotlight as a Sanya SPA therapist, where luxury meets serenity.
- As a brand ambassador, you will infuse passion into every treatment, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. Tailor your schedule with our flexible options (Full Time, Part Time, Weekdays, or Weekends) to suit your lifestyle.
- Prove your expertise as a lash technician at Sanya SPA.
- Demonstrate your commitment to excellence by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, ensuring our SPA is a haven of luxury and perfection.
- Be open to be upskilled with inhouse training in Brows and Lashes and nail treatments.
- Play a vital role in the team by assisting in upkeep and stock replenishment, contributing to the seamless flow of our exceptional services.
- Your exceptional communication style, coupled with outstanding customer service skills, is key to creating memorable experiences for our clients.

- NVQ level 2/ 3 or similar is required.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service from the beginning to the end.
- Be a brand ambassador for Sanya Spa
- Deliver high-quality lash and brow services to clients, including lash extensions, lash lifts and brow treatments.
- Thoroughly clean and sterilise all tools and equipment before and after each use.
- Always keep the workstation tidy and well-organised.
- Stay informed about current nail trends and techniques.
- Educate clients on proper nail care practices and recommend suitable products.
- Upsell packages and after care skincare products.
- Responsibility for client reservation administration
- Front house representation when necessary
- Deliver high standards of communication verbally and written to ensure Sanya SPA clients schedules are met on time.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrate previous experience as a Lash Technician or in a similar role.
- Possess a valid certification as a lash technician.
- Have knowledge of lash and brow products, techniques, and current trends.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
- Ability to upsell lash extension packages and aftercare products.
- Capable of maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Possess excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Work effectively within a team environment.
