Your mission

– Build a strong pool of culturally relevant influencers that inspire the local running and training communities
– Create influencer activation plans and collaborate with local teams to bring them to life
– Activate campaigns across EMEA in strong collaboration with local marketing teams
– Work closely with our global teams, local markets and influencer marketing agency
– Help to develop the regional influencer marketing strategy, then execute that strategy

Your story

– You have 3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing or another relevant area
– You are fluent in English and French. This is a must to thrive in this role.
– You are a passionate connector with a strong influencer network across EMEA (specifically in London & Paris)
– You have a passion for the people and places that drive the culture of these two cities
– You have a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and the latest trends in the industry
– You know how to measure success and drive results
– You love working in fast-moving, collaborative environments and have a positive, entrepreneurial attitude
– You are based in either London or Paris or within close proximity.

Meet the team

We are the EMEA Marketing team at On. Our mission? To amplify On’s brand and to engage On fans and communities. How do we do this? Through authentic brand storytelling, creative brand engagement, and impactful digital and experiential campaigns. At the heart of our work is supporting our communities to dream big, and setting them on the right path to turn those dreams into reality.

This role will be based in London or Paris and you will sit at the intersection of several incredible teams packed with talented people based primarily in Paris, Zurich, Berlin and London. The role requires outstanding stakeholder management and collaboration skills, a strong influencer network and a passion for telling inspiring stories with the new generation of creators. The work will be hybrid and flexible, with regular travel to other key cities in the region.
