Hours: 9.00am -6.00pm (this is a full-time role, working 5 days across a 7-day week)
A leading retail organisation in Ilford is seeking an Assistant to be the first point of call for customers in their guest lounge. You will also provide a pivotal link between the customers and the managers of the stores within the centre by passing on any feedback and supporting senior management to increase footfall and sales.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A background in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or promotion.
Good communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
A creative and outgoing personality with the ability to interact with a variety of people.
A flair for social media marketingMain duties:
Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries promptly, politely, and efficiently.
Maintain effective filing systems both online and offline.
Monitor and update social media and web-based feeds.
Record statistics such as footfall, car park usage, and trade index.
Process incoming and outgoing Collect Plus parcel service.
Assist with the administration and payment for CML bookings and car park permits.
Proactively identify new offers, experiences, and partnerships to enhance the community proposition.
Assist with the creation and delivery of monthly newsletters to retailer customers.Benefits:
