We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Air Traffic Control Officer (SATCO) to be responsible for the overall direction and supervision of the Air Traffic Controllers at Exeter Airport.

The successful applicant should preferably hold Aerodrome and Approach Radar ratings in the UK and a valid EU Class 3 medical certificate.

Job PurposenOversee the direction and day to day supervision of the Air Traffic Team to ensure a safe, efficient and effective Air Traffic service to all usersnCoordinate with air traffic team to ensure effective communication and collaboration in operation.nDeputise for the Air Traffic Services Manager in their absencenLiaise with the team in connection with Flight Planning duties

Key Requirements:nProven track record as and Air Traffic ControllernExtensive knowledge of airport operations & commercial awarenessnStrong knowledge of air traffic control procedures, regulations, and safety protocolsnAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesnExperience of SMSnUK ATCO Licence holder
