We are an ambitious, innovative company with a growing reputation within the asset finance market, looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience and self-development. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, a Customer Service Advisor plays a key role in delivering an excellent customer Journey during the length of a customer’s agreement.
Role responsibilities;
- Resolve customer queries over the phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain thorough and accurate agreement records within their bespoke administration system.
- Build and maintain a strong knowledge of core leasing products and services in asset finance.
- Provide support to customers regarding future and past transactions on their agreement.
- Responsible for the correct collection of customer payments
- Manage any incoming payments to customer accounts and administer customer refunds.
Key skills required;
- Customer Service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT Literate – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous administration experience within Financial Services industry would be beneficial.
