Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day quotations and tenders’ processes, ensuring efficiency, quality and agreed timescales are achieved.
* Constantly look for improvement opportunities in the pricing process and company methods.
* Manage and improve data reliability in customer feedback and tenders for future decisions.
* Align company goals with pricing strategy.
* Identify cost saving opportunities bringing value for money and profitability into the company.
* Support company growth and improvement by the utilisation of commercial tools.
* Prepare tenders for presentation to sales director and management.
* Supervise the commercial and financial reporting.
* Monitor margin and cost projects.
* Achieve set KPIs.
* Train and review reportees ensuring performance standards are always met.
The Person
* Experience working within the packaging industry, is essential.
* A minimum of 3 years in a similar role is required.
* Strong project management skills.
* Excellent leadership skills.
* Financially astute.
* Computer literate with ability to translate commercial and financial data.
* Excellent people and communication skills.
* A strong eye for detail.
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure.
