Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role within the Focussed Support Team.

*Location: *Lambeth, Greater London
*Pay Rate: *£27 per hour (assignment rate)
*Contract Type: *Locum, 3-month contract
*Hours: *Monday - Friday

*Duties of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:*
* Conducting initial and ongoing mental health assessments.
* Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and multidisciplinary teams.
* Providing therapeutic interventions and support to individuals and their families.
* Administering medication and monitoring its effectiveness and side effects.
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community agencies to ensure holistic care delivery.
* Promoting recovery-focused approaches and empowering individuals to achieve their goals.

*Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:*
* Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
* Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse
* NMC Registration
* Experience working as a CPN preferably in a relevant team
