Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 7 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role within the CAMHS Team.
*Pay Rate: *£27 per hour (assignment rate)
*Contract Type: *Locum, 3-month contract
*Hours: *Monday - Friday
*Duties of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:*
* Provide high-quality nursing care and support to children and adolescents with mental health needs within the CAMHS framework.
* Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and support workers, to ensure holistic care delivery.
* Actively engage with service users, families, and carers to empower them in their care journey and promote recovery.
* Participate in safeguarding procedures and risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of service users.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with professional standards and organisational policies.
*Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:*
* Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
* Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse
* NMC Registration
* PIP Assessors, Ward Managers, Deputy Ward Managers, CAMHS Practitioners, Community Mental Health Nurses, Mental Health Nurses, Nurses, Psychiatric Nurses & Community Nurses as we have vacancies that match with these job titles.
