Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role within the Focussed Support Team.   • Location: *Lambeth, Greater London
  • Pay Rate: *£27 per hour (assignment rate)
  • Contract Type: *Locum, 3-month contract
  • Hours: *Monday - Friday
  • Duties of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:*
  • Conducting initial and ongoing mental health assessments.
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Providing therapeutic interventions and support to individuals and their families.
  • Administering medication and monitoring its effectiveness and side effects.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community agencies to ensure holistic care delivery.
  • Promoting recovery-focused approaches and empowering individuals to achieve their goals.
  • Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:*
  • Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
  • Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse
  • NMC Registration
  • Experience working as a CPN preferably in a relevant team
