We have a fantastic new role for a Customer Services Coordinator, your main focus is to provide exceptional customer service that exceeds both customer and company expectations. You will need to bring your strong skill set and enthusiasm to contribute to the role's evolution and the growth of the business.
You'll have the exciting opportunity to build and nurture relationships within the Biomedical research sector, ensuring that all customers are truly taken care of. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing a promising pipeline of opportunities, strategically aligning the sales process with our annual objectives to drive success.
Basic Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales and Administrative role with a client relationship focus, preferably within the Biomedical research sector.
* Graduate or equivalent in the Business Commercial sector
* Organised problem solver with a positive can do attitude
* Diligent, organised and empathetic
* Technological minded with a keen interest in life science and research
* Must be able to drive due to travel requirements due to office location
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Key collaboration with internal and external clients
* Manage internal and external transport providers to meet customer demands
* Provide and liaise product information to the customer
* Maintain customer database information in bespoke and commercial systems
* Provide customer data reporting
* Participate in face to face meetings with customers and marketing executives
