We are currently working with a key client looking for a Property and Retail Account executive for a 11-12 month contact in Hounslow. This role would be an ideal fit for HSE/Compliance administrator who has a good understanding of property compliance and an understanding of Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order (RRO).
What are we looking for?
Qualifications / Experience in Fire safety, health and safety, risk management, facilities management/compliance, contractual compliance, business management and/or experience of working in a property environment.
Understanding of the Fire Safety Regulations - Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order (RRO), Health and Safety Regulations and Building Regulations would be an advantage.
Effective communication skills, written and verbal to enable reporting and presenting to 3rd parties, internal stakeholders and business partners essential.
Ideally the successful candidate will have Level 3 Fire Safety Management (Training provided if not) What will you be doing?
Creating reports to help in identifying deliver sales and service driving initiatives with Retailers and Tenants - Audit reporting, Data processing.
Manages day to day logistics operations.
Crisis management Actively participates in crisis management and assist in co-ordinating contingency planning as required
