Our client is an industry leader who are making huge steps towards changing the Financial Services sector for the better. Their new approach has Salesforce as the core product and is key to their success moving forward, and with an established all-round Salesforce team working on the platform, they are in need of a Salesforce Manager to guide the team.
About the role
As a Salesforce Manager, this role will see you take leadership over internal Salesforce processes and the overall management of the teams working daily on ensuring the platform continuous to function correctly, along with the improvement of the platform. You will manage workloads, prioritise the importance of work and manage the time frames in which it will be delivered, ensuring that everyone in the team knows what they need to do and when it needs to be done by.
Requirements
The successful Salesforce Manager will have, but not be limited to the following skills:
- Excellent experience managing Salesforce teams
- Great ability to manage workloads for individuals and the wider team
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the capabilities of Salesforce, especially across products such as Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Management of projects, development lifecycle and CI/CD
- Experience leading teams to successfully delivering across a variety of Salesforce projects
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
