Description
- Oversee all treasury operations within the organisation
- Develop and maintain effective cash management strategies
- Prepare financial reports and projections
- Work collaboratively with the Accounting & Finance team to improve financial processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Manage relationships with financial service providers
- Monitor and analyse financial market trends
- Lead initiatives to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the treasury function
Profile
A successful Treasury Manager should have:
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proficient in financial management software
- Excellent financial analysis skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team and foster a positive working environment
