Duties & Responsibilities:nManage all installation, service, and fault works within the business.nOrganise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment to support overall business objectives.nFoster growth within the operations department, ensuring a vibrant, technically proficient, and fulfilled team.nDevelop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.nSet the strategic direction for the department, building systems that encourage growth and improvements.nReview and approve operational invoices.nProvide operational and financial reports.
Skills & Experience:nYou would have experience delivering projects for a Fire Detection Installer (NACOSS FIRE, BAFE, FIA, NSI, GENT, Open Protocol, etc) Fire Alarm Project Management as you would need to know the BS5839 standards to ensure refits and fire alarm and life safety installations of addressable systems are correct).nMinimum 5 years in operations management, project management, or a similar role in a Field Service based industry in the Fire Protection systems.nAny design experience would be great to help others and solve problems and know the BS 5839 standards for UK Fire Alarm installs.nAt least 5 years experience managing and estimating/controlling costs on Fire Alarm projects.nExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.nStrong communication and networking skills.nPeople-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent service.nEffective leadership qualities with the ability to provide direction.nExperienced in data analysis, supported by excellent planning and organisational skills.nResilient with evidence of working under pressure.nAbility to influence and develop team members.nHighly organised with strong time management skills.nHigh level of personal integrity, professionalism, and work ethic.nStrong project management, planning, and decision-making skills.nValid UK Driver's license.
