Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Operations Manager to join our team at RGB Network. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing all installation, service, and fault works, ensuring the highest level of technical proficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage installation, service, and fault works for fire detection systems
  2. Organize tasks efficiently to support business objectives
  3. Foster growth within the operations department
  4. Develop and implement operational procedures
  5. Set strategic direction for the department
  6. Review and approve operational invoices
  7. Provide operational and financial reports
Requirements
  1. Experience delivering projects for fire detection installers
  2. Project management experience
  3. Knowledge of current British standards
  4. 5 years' experience managing and estimating costs on fire alarm projects
  5. Computer skills in Microsoft Office
  6. Strong project management, planning, and decision-making skills
  7. Strong communication and networking skills
  8. Valid UK Driver's License
