Job Role: Legal PA
A permanent, full-time role, Monday – Friday, 9am until 5pm
Location: Harrogate
Company: A trusted growing firm, who is committed to providing a bespoke quality service.
Role Details:
Due to expansion, the firm is looking to recruit a full-time, permanent legal PA, who is able to oversee and manage all aspects of admin. The role would involve setting up systems and processes for the firm, invoicing, supporting solicitors with admin as and when required. Dealing with incoming posts and managing and updating social media and the firms' website.
Skills & Experience:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good organisational skills
* A proactive, supportive, and reliable team member
* The ability to build good relationships with colleagues at all levels and third parties
* A flexible approach to managing a varied workload
* Able to demonstrate a good understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Minimum of 1 years experience is required working in a similar role
The firm is able to offer progression, with the possibility of becoming a Practice Manager.
