Inventory Manager - Surrey - up to £45,000


We are currently partnering with a CleanTech client based in Surrey to source an Inventory Manager to join their ever-growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Material Controller to ensure the delivery of materials, address discrepancies and manage supplier returns.


Responsibilities


  • Follow up on deliveries, track missing materials/parts and ensure availability of goods
  • Liaise with the production team to ensure efficient material management
  • Conduct goods assessments and inspections
  • Conduct regular stocktakes to ensure compliance with internal audits
  • Create kits of parts for production, issue parts on time to the production line and collect empty stillages
  • Monitor the shelf life of stock



Experience/Qualification


  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience using inventory management systems/software
  • Excellent understanding of Health & Safety regulations
  • Demonstrate experience with resolving stock discrepancies and issues
  • Strong communication skills with excellent teamwork qualities
