Technical Customer Experience Specialist

- Facilitate smooth customer onboarding by collaborating with internal teams and third-party IT companies.
- Provide expert 1st and 2nd line support, especially during product launches, updates, or complex scenarios requiring quick problem-solving.
- Monitor bug reports and CRM data to proactively resolve issues.
- Extensive experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within B2B SaaS, customer support or customer experience.
- Proven experience managing customer relationships and delivering complex projects.
- Familiarity with customer experience tools
- Knowledge of Networking Technologies and Core Internet Technologies
