Drainage Operative
Our partner, a rapidly expanding infrastructure business in the UK, is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drainage Operative to play a crucial role in their operations. This esteemed organisation is a pioneer in the industry, renowned for its innovative trenchless technologies and comprehensive services aimed at enhancing the quality of wastewater systems.
The Drainage Operative will be involved in various aspects of wastewater system improvements, utilising skills in Lining, Patch Repairs, Robotic Cutting, Ambient Lining, Resin, UV lining, Jetting & CCTV, all while promoting teamwork and hands-on process development.
Responsibilities
* Actively participate in the development and enhancement of innovative wastewater system technologies.
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to design and refine drainage processes and systems.
* Utilise technical expertise to support the evolution of complex wastewater systems, engaging in tasks such as system analysis, process refinement, and documentation.
* Demonstrate effective communication skills by articulating clear proposals and justifying technical and commercial decisions with precision and coherence.
* Play a pivotal role in the success of the organisation by providing valuable contributions to the operations department.
Requirements:
* Hold relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet research.
* Strong skills in Lining, Patch Repairs, Robotic Cutting, Ambient Lining, Resin, UV lining, Jetting & CCTV.
* Capable of producing high-quality documentation for designs or proposals.
* Collaborate effectively within a team while also working independently with managerial support.
* Take a practical approach to process development.
* Minimum 1 year of industrial experience required.
* Full UK driving licence (preferably no more than 3 points).
* Must be flexible as you will be required to carry out a reasonable amount of overtime.
* Be willing to work nights, weekends and early starts as we operate 24/7.
