As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff development. Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability.
  • Ensure the boutique maintains a pristine appearance and adheres to brand standards at all times.
  • Manage inventory levels and merchandise assortments to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among staff members.
