As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff development. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury retail, possesses strong leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability.
  • Ensure the boutique maintains a pristine appearance and adheres to brand standards at all times.
  • Manage inventory levels and merchandise assortments to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among staff members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
