About the role:
Providing 1:1 support in class to students with Autism, helping them access the curriculum and develop key skills.
Adapting to the individual needs of students, ensuring an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
Working closely with the class teacher to create innovative strategies and resources tailored to each student's unique learning style.
This is a full-time position starting in October 2024, with the opportunity for ongoing work for the right candidate. Part-time and flexible roles are also available.

Be committed to making a positive impact in the lives of young people.
Be able to provide suitable references and pass a DBS check.
All staff registered with us will undergo comprehensive interviewing and referencing, and must hold, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
