  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, with a strong track record of successful placements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
