If so, we are working with a highly dynamic, design-driven and disruptive Manufacturer of Fabrics & Furniture Solutions who are due to growth and expansion seeking to recruit a Dealer Sales Manager to join their team with responsibility for promoting their full products and solutions in Central London

We are proud to be collaborating with an industry-leading and ultra-respected company that due to exciting expansion plans is seeking to recruit an additional DEALER SALES MANAGER to assist in the growth of the business and brand in the UK
Key responsibilities:
* Focus on the (Central London) market
* Increase market share and revenue by managing, developing and maintaining accounts whilst acquiring new customers
* Investigate and fully understand competitors in the market
* Identify new market opportunities and needs
* Develop and deliver training for existing and new customers as well as influencers of the sales process.
Main Duties
Sales
* Identify and approach the Furniture Dealers
* Create long-term relationships with above-mentioned target customer to secure fabrics as part of the selection process and prescribe for new projects
* Contribute to Key Account maintenance and development to contribute to key account objectives and the business plan, providing compelling solutions to contribute to the success of the customer
* Identify and approach the known high-potential target customers and seek new opportunities
* Project management
* Implement swift sample delivery as an active tool to secure excellent customer service and increase fabric specification
Administration and follow-up
* Actively maintain and seek to develop the CRM system
* Supporting the business plan to deliver identified growth
* Provide monthly reports to management on achievement of KPIs, sales statistics, market intelligence on new projects, product launches etc
* Share and implement your own activity plans
* Handling Sample Master tools and budget
Education & experience required
* A solid track record and documented sales results
* Relevant commercial educational background
* Good knowledge of SoMe
* Competent user of Microsoft Office tools
* Flair for good product design, colours, quality & functionality
* Experience from a similar industry – Workplace furniture, upholstery fabrics or related textile products
* Has good communication skills – fluent in English

Ability to seek influence and leverage the company's USPs
Ability to build strong relationships with customers
Motivation to reach goals - ambitious, high drive and level of energy. Constantly targets to improve profitability
Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close – persistent

Ability to spot and courage to challenge and pitch key/high-level decision-makers
Is analytical and curious whilst evaluating the whole market
Has a growth mindset
Salary & Benefits High Basic Salary (Up To £60,000+ Larger Basic Potentially Available D.O.E) + Bonus @ 2 Months’ Salary + Travel + Pension + Mobile + Laptop + 25 Days Holiday + Strong Career Advancement Opportunities
