Business Development - MedTech - Remote - £60K base and £100K OTE


Due to the expansion of the business in the Private Sector, specifically targeting hospitals and clinics, a new sales opportunity has arisen. This role aims to connect with a wide range of potential clients.

Role Requirements:


To succeed in this position, you need to be a highly driven sales professional with at least 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the private healthcare industry.

You should exhibit a strong talent for spotting new opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, crafting compelling proposals, closing deals, meeting targets, and quickly understanding the intricacies of the products you are selling.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Targets:
Responsible for achieving your designated sales targets, in alignment with the UK B2B Head.

Sales Cycle Management:

Efficiently oversee the complete B2B sales process, which includes identifying prospects, qualifying leads, scheduling sales meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and finalizing deals.
Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture high-level connections with senior executives.

Proposals and Presentations:
Develop and deliver product proposals and solutions to clients through in-person meetings and video conferences.

Product Knowledge:
Gain an in-depth understanding of company products and effectively convey this information to clients.

Legal and Data Knowledge:
Possess a solid grasp of the legal and data elements of contracts and agreements.

Sector Experience:
Previous exposure to selling to private sector entities in the UK.

Event Participation:
Occasionally engage in customer events or health-related conferences.

CRM Management:

Build and maintain your personal contact database, ensuring all deal and contact details are updated within the company's CRM.
Additional Information:

Travel:
UK travel is necessary; holding a full driving license is required.

Work Environment:
Mainly home-based, with intermittent office work, international travel, and remote client visits.
