Our client a leading provider of repair, maintenance, and renovation services in the UK, is looking to recruit a Business Development Representative to join their growing team.
Reporting to the CEO this fantastic opportunity will give you the chance to work with some of the biggest household names; they are poised for rapid expansion across the UK.
The role:
As a BDR, you will leverage your extensive network and expertise to establish and nurture relationships with potential franchise partners.
You will identify and target potential franchise partners for expansion opportunities across the UK, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Collaboration is key as you work with internal teams to create tailored proposals and presentations for prospective partners.You will have extensive experience conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
You will be able to negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms. You will also provide regular updates on sales pipeline, progress, and forecasts to senior management.
This role will play a pivotal role in their growth strategy. Therefore, you will represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
About you
Proven track record of success in business development, in the franchise industry or catering sector - Essential
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to travel between London and Manchester as needed.
