If you are a Sales Support or Customer Service Agent seeking a fresh opportunity, then this position is ideal for you.About the Job:
- Make sure all bookings include essential elements (confirmation, balance collection, traveler details, and vouchers) so that customers are prepared for their trip.
- Handle any changes to trips from operators and update necessary documentation.
- Reach out to customers to offer additional products like accommodation, flights, and transfers.
- Support the sales team with holiday cover and inquiries.
- Assist in streamlining post-booking administrative processes and identifying areas for automation.
- Aid the sales team in maximizing conversions and managing post-booking tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure all balance collections are completed, and promptly address any failures.
- Verify that all traveler details are filled out, reaching out to customers in a timely manner if any information is missing before their departure.
- Send customers all final joining instructions.
- Boost ancillary product sales by reaching out to customers.
- Collaborate with operators to create tailor-made holiday quotes and arrangements.
- Coordinate with operators to add extra components to bookings (e.g., accommodation, transfers) and confirm these additions in the booking record.
- Conduct Quality Control checks on bookings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist the finance team with Trust payments and release protocols.
Skills & Qualifications:
- University degree and proficient in Word and Excel.
- Responsible and proactive.
- Able to self-manage effectively.
- Understands the importance of cash flow management and cost control.
- Differentiates between 'cheap' and 'good value'.
- Takes ownership and stands by decisions.
- Proficient in problem-solving.
- Meets deadlines consistently.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills for discussing plans, challenges, and feedback openly.

Offered Package:
- Salary: £28,000
- Hybrid work setup available in London, with remote options also considered.
