The Opportunity We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Account Manager to lead strategic client relationships and spearhead the growth of our managed service offerings. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building long-term partnerships, packaging comprehensive solutions, and unlocking new revenue streams. What You’ll Do Own and grow a portfolio of existing high spending, strategic accounts Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand service offerings Lead client engagements from solution design through to delivery Collaborate with presales and technical teams to craft tailored wraparound solutions Drive new business through networking and industry engagement Deliver compelling proposals and presentations to senior stakeholders Maintain accurate account development plans and pipeline forecasts What We’re Looking For Proven success in account management and solution-based sales Experience selling managed services and long-term IT solutions Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability and P&L Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Technical understanding of enterprise networking and infrastructure Cisco knowledge is a plus (training provided) Meraki / Juniper experience also considered Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented Why Join Us?
