THE HEAD OF SUPPLY CHAIN
We are looking for a Head of Supply Chain to lead our client's supply chain operations in the UK and Europe Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the supply chain function.
- Strategic supply chain planning.
- Management of demand planning and updating of existing systems; forecasting, stock management and procurement.
- Inventory/stock optimisation to future proof for growth.
- Quickly and effectively solving issues that come up within the supply chain.
- Seeking continuous improvements and sourcing cost effective solutions for supply chain processes.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Will need to have strong experience in a similar Supply Chain Management role from within a FMCG, D2C, E-Commerce, Start-up, or SME environment. You will also need:
- Proven experience in supply chain including demand planning, stock management, procurement and fulfilment.
- Analytical skills, ability to utilise and develop existing information systems to improve current processes.
- Proven experience of managing and leading a team.
