As a Sales Engineer, you will oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to after-sales support, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
Sales Engineer Responsibilities
Utilize automotive/aerospace engineering knowledge to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional support throughout the sales process
Raise customer quotations, sales orders, and review contract documentation
Oversee timelines and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with production capabilities
Continuously seek opportunities to improve the sales process and enhance customer satisfaction.Sales Engineer Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a CNC machining and precision manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of automotive/aerospace engineering principles and applications
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Customer-focused mind set with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Sales Engineer Day-to-Day
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the sales process
