Role Overview:
The Project Sales Engineer will engage in field sales, promoting a diverse range of LED lighting products including downlights, versatile battens, canopies, exterior wall lights, ground lights, hazardous lighting, floodlights, emergency lighting, weatherproof fixtures, and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:
- Spend approximately 75% of your time generating demand among electrical contractors and electricians.
- Manage lighting project sales ranging from £5,000 to £500,000.
- Conduct 25% of sales through established electrical wholesale dealer networks.
- Typical projects span various sectors such as education, emergency services, healthcare, industrial, warehousing, office, residential, retail & leisure, and sports.
- Perform site surveys for installations as needed.
- Ensure that tenders, quotes, and technical submissions are precise and effectively managed.
- Provide support to electrical wholesale branches regarding lighting project inquiries.
- Identify new opportunities in collaboration with the branch network.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Background in electrical field sales, preferably in lighting.
- Proven experience selling to electrical contractors and electricians.
- Ability to manage lighting projects from survey through design, tender, and sales stages.
- Strong technical knowledge and capabilities.
- Familiarity with local electrical contractors in the designated area is advantageous.
- Knowledge of CEF is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM and Microsoft 365 software.
- Valid driving license required.
