About the Role:


As an IT Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their IT journeys, providing strategic insights and actionable solutions to meet their evolving needs. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring their IT infrastructure is not only robust but also positioned to support long-term success. This role blends technical expertise with strategic planning, including creating impactful project proposals and comprehensive implementation plans.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships, serving as a dependable advisor for all things IT.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to design and execute tailored IT strategies aligned with their business goals.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead IT projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Proposal Development: Craft detailed project proposals and plans, clearly defining objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Infrastructure Innovation: Identify and implement enhancements to keep client systems secure, scalable, and future-ready.
  • Documentation Excellence: Maintain detailed records of solutions, processes, and client-specific configurations to support ongoing operations.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure projects align with both client expectations and organizational capabilities.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Experience: 1+ years in IT consultancy, with 3+ years in IT support or a similar environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with Azure is a bonus.
  • Skillset: Strong knowledge of networking, server management, firewalls, security, and disaster recovery.
  • Communication: Exceptional skills in crafting and presenting technical proposals and reports.
  • Certifications: A desire to pursue Microsoft Associate-level certifications or beyond.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with GDPR and data protection best practices.
