Key Responsibilities

- Oversee projects and budgets in accordance with financial parameters, ensuring value for money and accurate financial control.
- Manage relationships with solicitors, contractors, consultants, and funders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- To help lead and mentor Assistant Programme Delivery Officers and Graduates, fostering their professional growth.
Experience Required
* Can comfortably manage housing build projects independently
* To have worked for a Housing association / RP / construction business
