As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our fast-paced, dynamic, and highly rewarding environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Building strong relationships to sell our recruitment services to both candidates and clients
Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
Consulting and advising companies on their recruitment plans
Driving business growth through proactive sales activities, including phone and face-to-face interactions
To excel as a Recruitment Consultant, you will need to bring a determination to succeed and excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – to your daily tasks. Proficiency in MS Office packages and a strong work ethic are also essential, and previous sales experience is desirable but not mandatory – we will provide comprehensive training.
