We are now seeking an exceptional Recruitment Consultant to join us on a full or part time basis based in our Head Office in Yeovil.

**Your Role**: As a Recruitment Consultant at MASH Group, you will play a vital role in managing and growing our Perms desk. Your past experience in recruitment or sales will be crucial to your success in this position. We have existing clients for you to work with, but we also encourage you to expand your network and bring in new business opportunities, which will be rewarded with a competitive UNCAPPED commission structure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing and growing the Perms desk with a focus on Engineering/Trade, Professional Services, PR/Marketing, Food & Drink/Hospitality sectors Health and Social Care (which you can specialise in or be a generalist)
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with local businesses to enhance your network.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally a proven track record in running a Perms desk within the recruitment industry.
- Strong social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, and a background in networking and business development.
- Living within a commutable distance from our Head Office in Yeovil
