We are expanding and are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Liaison**: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their recruitment needs and ensure successful placements.

**Who We're Looking For**
- **Customer Service Skills**: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- **Organisational Skills**: You are highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- **Admin Skills**: Proficient in administrative tasks, including data entry, managing records, and using office software.
- **Motivation and Drive**: You are eager to learn and grow in the recruitment field, bringing enthusiasm and energy to your role.
- **Recruitment Experience**: Previous experience in recruitment is an advantage but not essential.

**Position Details**:
**Salary**: £23,400 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours)

**Role Type**: Full-Time, Permanent (Flexible/Part-Time Hours Considered)

**Hours**: Full-Time 37.5 hrs or Part-Time 25 hours

**Holiday**: 20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and 3 additional bonus days at Christmas

**Location**: Yeovil
