About the Role:

As a Application Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a diverse portfolio of applications. Your technical expertise will be essential in troubleshooting and resolving issues while collaborating closely with a supportive team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient application support for a range of 50-60 applications.
  • Utilize your skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Manage and document support requests through ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with senior team members and 3rd party application support vendors.
  • Assist in the decommissioning of legacy applications and support cloud migration initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an application support role supporting business application / software
  • Experience with .Net framework, SQL, and SSIS (troubleshooting & de-bugging)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ticketing tools, particularly ServiceNow.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
