Gravitas Recruitment Group is proud to partner with an esteemed insurance client in their search for a Senior Application Support Analyst.


About the Role:

As a Application Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a diverse portfolio of applications. Your technical expertise will be essential in troubleshooting and resolving issues while collaborating closely with a supportive team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead application support for a suite of 50-60 applications, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, providing training and guidance.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to resolve complex application issues.
  • Oversee the decommissioning of outdated applications and the migration process to cloud solutions.
  • Utilize Jira and ServiceNow for effective tracking and management of support requests.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in application support, with a proven track record.
  • Expertise in .Net framework, SQL, and SSIS.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior staff is essential.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
