Job Description:nThe E-commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive online sales, enhance the customer experience, and achieve business objectives on Amazon Marketplace. This role requires a candidate with extensive experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, with a specific focus on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:nDevelop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase sales and profitability on Amazon Marketplace.nManage and optimize product listings, ensuring high visibility and conversion rates.nAnalyse and interpret sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.nCollaborate with the marketing team to create effective advertising campaigns and promotions.nManage Retail (Seller Central and Vendor) and other tools to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement and help support clients and other marketplaces.nStay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:nExperience managing e-commerce platforms, with a strong focus on Amazon Marketplace.nProven ability to develop and execute successful e-commerce strategies.nStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.nExcellent understanding of Amazon Seller Central, including FBA, PPC, and SEO.nExperience with inventory management and fulfillment processes.nStrong project management skills and attention to detail.nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
