Randstad CPE are working exclusively with a public funded client, recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager working within an Estates department.
The role entails project work as well as general maintenance and managing facilities across 3 sites in North Kent.
Do you have experience of being part of a Construction or FM team? Are you eager to further develop your skill set and knowledge base?
Duties:
- Assist with the planning, design and monitoring of refurbishment projects across 3 sites
- Meeting stakeholders to identify project requirements and time scales
- Communicate to external contractors of any changing needs and requirements
- Quality checking RAMS
- CDM's
- Contribute to the management and monitoring of project budgets
- Assist with releasing of the Tenders to contractors
- Support the Estates Team and report to the Project Manager
About You:
- Customer focused with a 'Can do' attitude
- Reliable
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- Experience of working to tight deadlines
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative
- Able to undertake a physical/ active role
- Willing to undertake off site travel
Requirements:
- Driving Licence and own vehicle
- Ideally professional or a Trade qualification
