We are working with a leading business that operate across a broad range of sectors that include FM, Construction, Services and Energy to find a National Accounts Manager.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the national customer portfolio along with new business opportunities. Not only will you support the wider sales function by promoting new products you will also foster and uphold healthy relationships between the business and its clients to maximise sales, profitability and customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone with key contacts across the customer base, who will know and have worked with major accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Self-generation of new business Corporate opportunities and pipeline development.
* Delivery of strategic growth plans within existing portfolio.
* Deliver impeccable service to clients.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with a wider range of stakeholders within both assigned portfolio and prospective clients.
* Manage contract negotiations and pricing discussions with key customers.
* Responding to tenders and RFI’s in a timely manner, coordinating with other departments to ensure a high level of response.
* Provide expert guidance and consultation to assigned portfolio and new business prospects.
Experience/Requirements:
* Proven experience in business development, national account management or similar.
* Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office.
* Proven track record of developing and closing business deals.
* Sales experience within the security industry desirable.
* National account management experience in the FM sector desirable.
* Proven track record within B2B face-to-face sales.
* Driving Licence.
* Ability to travel nationally when required.
