About the role:

This role will specifically be focused on developing our raw poultry business across the UK, working with our existing supply base while continually searching for new supply channels to drive sales and territory forward.

Main responsibilities

* Develop sales with new and existing customers - Food Wholesalers, Cash & Carry, food distributors, manufacturers etc. Achieving sales targets and profit margins, in line with company expectations

Preferred experience

* Extensive experience in the UK food wholesale raw poultry protein market (raw pork and bacon experience would also be an advantage)

* Strong IT skills - Excel/PowerPoint/Word.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Excellent time management and planning skills.
