JOB SCOPEnWe are looking for a strategic and results-oriented, quick on feet individual to join our growing team in London. The successful candidate will identify and engage prospective B2B partners to add value to our growing portfolio. Using the active support of management, you will lead negotiations against strategic and financial goals, influence decision makers by understanding their business objectives and motivations and achieve established targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the growth strategy for EMEA.nThis is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high growth and fast moving airport hospitality team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your duties will include and are not limited to the following activities and tasks:nProactively research and identify high potential industries/leads to achieve revenue targets and performance KPI’s. Ensure these align with PPG’s strategic objectives.nSource, negotiate and win new sales contract to strengthen PPG position as the market leader.nWork closely and directly with the BD team, Sales & Commercial team and Marketing teams to deliver high revenue partnership opportunities.nDevelop expert understanding of the aviation market and PPG products & servicesnExpand the depth and integration of partner relationships with new business opportunities by conducting professional and effective relationship management.nSupport the Group in responding to RFIs and RFPs or other projects as requirednLiaise with other key Group stakeholders to provide support to Group client activitiesnDevelop a strong understanding of various players, their portfolio, strengths within the industry.nMonitor direct and indirect competition, study market trends and needs, evaluate research results to deliver competitive differentiation in PPG products & services.nManage all new deal implementations for the region and liaise with internal teams to meet SLA’s

JOB REQUIREMENTSnQualificationsn•

Educated to Graduate Level or equivalent. MBA is desirablen• A UK Driving license is desirablenSkills and Requirements:nProven sales experience in travel/aviation/mice/hospitality industrynSelf-motivated, thrives in a fast paced environment; readiness to take-on stretch goalsnExceptional relationship management, influencing and communication skillsnNegotiation, presentation, project management and analytical skillsnA proven sales professional with experience leveraging content and relationship based partnerships to generate business leadsnPrior exposure to aviation industry and financial services experience would be advantageousnPreference for an existing network of relevant potential industry prospectsnA persistent will to succeednStrong collaboration skills and ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.nA passion for learning and desire to advance sales and business skills.nMulti-language skills considered an advantage.nStrong numeracy and analytical skillsnProactive, assertive and ability to use initiativenAppreciation of managing stakeholder expectationsnAdvance level IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, ExcelnPrior experience using Salesforce.com an advantage
