By joining ACES you will be part of a wider team working towards a collective goal of supporting the NHS and each other.nRole SummarynWe are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated individual to be the main point of contact for our NHS community partners. You will join a fast-paced organisation committed to providing outstanding patient outcomes. As a NHS Partnership Executive you will be highly visible and active within the community, establishing new partnerships and building on existing relationships to promote ACES and the eye care services we provide.nKey ResponsibilitiesnResponsible for the development and growth of referrals from Optometrists, GP's and Hospitals into ACES services within the London area.nAnalyse the territory and identify market share potential.nTo clearly promote the features and benefits of the referral system to the referrer and where possible the patient.nManage account relationships, becoming the first point of contact for existing and prospective referrers, to ensure excellent service and maximum retention.nTo continually analyse referral data to identify services that may require additional support with engagement and marketing plan delivery.nPromote and assist in the co-ordination of dedicated events to support the engagement of stakeholders.nYou will work in close partnership with the ACES clinic manager and team as well as the other NHS Partnership Executives/Managers in other territories.nPopulating and reporting daily on Salesforce system to broaden our understanding of the territory.nExperience & KnowledgenExperience of working within a multi-site clinical environment and knowledge of NHS policy landscape would be advantageous however is not essential.nField sales experience essential.nPrevious experience of working in an optical or an ophthalmic environment would be beneficial.nExperience in developing new business.nWorking remotely.nEffective diary management to maximise time efficiently.nAccount management or sales experience.nMust have a driving license (age 25 or over for insurance)nAbility to route plan and cover territory comprehensively.nKnowledge of CRM software.nWhat’s in it for you?nRewarding salarynPerformance related bonusnCompany carn29 days annual leavenPerkbox subscriptionnFree or discounted optical products/proceduresnPension schemenCareer progression
